Gary Pugh serves as the owner of Pugh Realty Partners. In his experienced years in the real estate industry, Mr. Pugh has been active in brokerage, development & finance.  Gary Pugh started his real estate career in 1973 and soon became a broker in 1975.

Gary Pugh's son, Phillip Pugh, started his career in commercial tenant representation for many years. He has already represented many successful businesses that have started to thrive once he assisted them in their search. He pursues being the best agent he can possibly be by putting his clients needs first. He continues to work in tenant representation specializing in industrial, retail, and medical centers as well as investment analysis and development. Phillip Pugh combines his knowledge of market trends with his clients needs in order to find the best fit for his clients business. Prior to practicing real estate, Mr. Pugh was the owner of his own logistics company as well as handled multiple developments.  He is currently a member of the Lamb & Goat Committee at the Houston Rodeo and is married with a daughter.
